90 Day Fitness Challenge

FLUX – SSN – Mr Price Sport 90 Day Fitness Challenge

1.       Full challenge entry fee to be paid in advance or at registration. R 2 000.00 per entrant.

2.       The challenge takes place over 3 months (1 September – 30 November).
Registration 30 – 31st August 11am – 3pm, and 1st September Saturday 9am – 12am.
Final assessments 30th November 11am – 3pm and Saturday 1 December 9am – 12am. Assessments include: Body statistics, chiropractic body assessment, functional body & strength fitness test.

3.       Open to all men and women of 18 years and older as of 1 January 2012. There are three categories: Individual entry/ 2-man Team entry/ Corporate Team (4) – open to Corporate / Family / Friends.

4.       Each entrant will receive a 20% discount on all SSN product purchases, made at Mr Price Sport Gateway and Pavilion Stores. Entrants will be entered in a lucky draw, and the winner will receive a SSN product voucher to the total value of SSN products purchased from Mr Price Sport during the 3 month challenge period. Value is based on Mr Price Sport purchase slips retained.

5.       Each entrant will receive unlimited training at any of the following Flux Fluid Motion branches: Umhlanga, Durban, Hillcrest and Ballito. Entrants may train at any of these branches during the challenge duration.

6.       There are two requirements in order to judge progress and winners.
6.a. The entrant will undertake a Fitness Test at the beginning of the challenge, at registration and at final assessment. Fitness improvements over the duration of the challenge will reflect as a percentage (80%).
6.b. The entrant will undertake a Body Statistics Assessment with a registered sports dietician at registration and at final assessment. Body statistic improvements will reflect as a percentage (20%).
6.c. The entrant may choose to undertake a chiropractic assessment.

7.       Total prize pool is valued at R 30 000 prizes include: Mr Price Sport Vouchers valued at R 15 000, Flux Fluid Motion memberships and accessories valued at R 7 000 SSN Supplements valued at R 8 000

8.       The winners will be announced in December 2012.
