Kettlebell Technique Workshop – KB snatch

The Kettlebell Snatch is definitely one of the most most defining Kettlebell moves. Done incorrectly, can be incredibly difficult and make it an unpleasant experience. Done correctly the Snatch is an amazing exercise routine.

Join us in demonstrating how to do the KB snatch correctly. We will break it down into simple easy to do sequences. Thus making it an incredible and versatile conditioning tool.
