About Steed
I am swimmer at heart who eventually found a passion for waterpolo and a
great love for rugby. Playing these sports for my country and spending
endless hours in the gym training, I thought I knew everything there was to
know about my co-ordination, my speed, my strength, my endurance and most
importantly my mental toughness. I was very wrong. Kettle bell training has
added a whole new dimension to my world of fitness and my mind and body
discovery process.

Kettle bell training has strengthened my core, healing old rugby induced
back injuries and assisted with toning. I am stronger and fitter now, with
the aid of kettle bell training, than I ever was in my sporting prime. My
advice to you is break out of your current workout routine and give it a
