- Max 2 – R400 (per month) for 2 sessions weekly
- Max 3 – R500 (per month) for 3 sessions weekly

Lincoln on the lake building 2 High Street, Parkside, Umhlanga, 4320 (opposite Chris Saunders park, near Gateway)
We are located at Lincoln on The Park. This new Growth Point building is right in the middle of the new Umhlanga town center North of the Gateway complex. Park opposite the Grass Amphitheatre & head for the Body Guru wellness Cafe. You’ll find us right next door…. Use this handy Google Maps locator to find us!
