BOOT CAMPS: Outdoor innovative functional training wich works your cardio, core and physical fitness like no other.
X-FACTOR/CRAZY CONDITIONING: Innovative style training. Strength and Sports conditioning. Beginners, Intemediates and Advanced.
Fight Circuit: Enjoy some of the great conditioning done for fights without fighting. Great cardio and fitness.
Kettlebells: This workout develops a great all over core strength as well as burning fat and developing a really athletic physique. We also teach Modern Kettlebell Sport lifting.
Hypertrophy: A circuit designed at building lean muscle and burning metabolism.

- Drop In - R80 (per session) once off
- Max 2 - R500(per month) for 8 sessions per month (2 x weekly)
- Max 3 - R600 (per month) for 12 sessions per month (3 x weekly)
- Unlimited- R700 (per month) for unlimited weekly classes – Only DBN Branch
- Unlimited- R800 (per month) for unlimited weekly classes – All Flux Branches

We are located at Lincoln on The Park. This new Growth Point building is right in the middle of the new Umhlanga town center North of the Gateway complex.
